Day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute we are limited by the idea that seemingly everything we do, think and believe should be done a certain way, following established parameters and obeying a system because we were taught so from the beginning, since apparently this is written in a solid immovable stone which we are taught from an early age was always going to be stronger than our own thoughts .... but it is a big lie.
